15th November 2010
Just got back from ou with my mum and guess what??? GREAT DISCOVERY!!! I just found out that there's 3 McDonald outlets and 2 KFC outlets in One Utama! Wow, is ou really that strategic for fast food outlets? Surprisingly, all the outlets have tonnes of customers. Hmm, they must be really been earning big bucks to set up so many outlets in one place.
Another moral story that I would like to share today. =)
Always be glad and grateful of who you are and what you have. Appreciate the very lil bit of all those that you have cause you might not know when you might ever lose them. Like what Brandon and Uv always say, its the very little minor things that you do that can make a difference. Well, I totally agree on this. =)
And another thing that Ms Karamjit once told us before, be fortunate with what you have as there are many others who long for it but can never have it.
Case no. 1:
A: Why am I so petite? Why are my feet so small? Why can't I grow taller?
Complaining so much about that, what about those kids without legs? They're not complaining being legless and here you are complaining about all those nonsense? Be glad to even have legs as some people don't even have them! Moral of the story: be glad with what you have. Feeling that you're too petite? what about those who doesn't even have shoes to wear. what about those who doesn't even have feet or legs? What about them??
Case no. 2:
B: Mum, I want a Gucci handbag too! and a Coach wallet. Not only that, I want a BMW for my birthday present next year. All my friends have expensive stuffs to use. I want too! I want too!!!
What a spoilt brat case huh? But this case does happen. Some children nowadays are just so aren't grateful. Your parents raised you up with all they can. You think they wish to not be able to give you everything you want as well?? You freaking spoilt brat kid! Which parents in the world wouldn't want to give the best to their kids? You tell me. Parents work their butts off to offer the best for their kids. What are you still complaining? Wanting all those luxurious items. What about those kids who can't even go to school? What about those poor family who can't afford to put a decent meal on the table? So yes, once again. BE GLAD WITH WHAT YOU HAVE!
Ma, pa, thank you for raising me up with all your heart. I'm grateful with my up bringing and I'm proud to be Fion Lim. Sorry for being such a pain in the ass at times.
Those of you who have not watch Moonlight Reasonance, should really go and watch it. There's a lot of moral stories from that drama, especially regarding family bonding. =) One of the best drama ever.
Till then.
