29th December 2009 Have you made your
big decision yet??? I havent made mine.
and what is this big decision that im talking about... it has got to do with
your future...
my future....
our future. The decision is...
Which university to go since we're done with college already. I havent make up my mind on which university I would like to go to continue my studies. Though I roughly scale down on my options already, Im still not 100% firm with my decision yet. I guess this is the
toughest decision that I have ever made in my life so far.
Been thinking about this for quite some time now. I wouldnt want to make a decision that I will regret in the future.
I DO NOT WANT TO REGRET.
Results was out 2 weeks ago. I did....hmmm not bad. Lolx.
I did okay. But I was actually aiming higher. Anyway, doesnt matter. Im
satisfied with my results. I don't ask much you see. Im a contented person. =)
My results was definitely not good enough for Uni of Melbourne. But its okay. I accepted that fact long ago. Screw uni of melb. =P Good enough to enter some other top notch university is more than enough for me. =)
Like my dad always say:
College result is a passport to enter good uni. Which I totally agree with him. I got quite a
few offer from some
Aus University already that
I applied to.
1) RMIT - Nah, I didnt accept their offer.
2) Curtin Uni - Considering.
3) Adelaide Uni - Unlikely....
4) Flinders Uni - Definitely not likely.
5) Unisa - Considering.
Apparently the senior counsellor of IDP said that,
in terms of business faculty, Unisa is much better than Uni of Adelaide. Even though Adelaide Uni is in the group of 8 and Unisa is not. Same goes to Curtin Uni and Uni of Western Australia (UWA). Although UWA is in the top 8 in Aus, but when it comes to business school...
Curtin University is the best. Surprisingly huh?? Lolx.
And that is why im considering Curtin Uni that heavily. Lolx.
And the last offer from uni that I recieved is....
MONASH AUSTRALIA UNIVERSITY..... woottttsssss!!!! =D =D =D
Monash was always one of my
dream uni as well. Im glad that I got an offer. Hehe. Monash Uni and Uni of Melb was my 2 top choice last time. So eventhough I didnt get Uni of Melb... I still have my Monash. =) woottsss once again. Lolx.
So much of universities in Aus, lets divert back to universities in Malaysia.
Yes, I still haven answer the
big question. Do I wanna
study direct straight into an Australian Uni? or Do I wanna
study locally in Malaysia?? or Do I wanna study both in Aus and Msia?? (which means do the
twinning or transfer programme). I have yet to answer that difficult question. But im bound to answer it by Jan 4th 2010.
My results are more than good enough if I wanna study in any universities in Malaysia. So thats not the worrying part. My
biggest concern now is...
1) Study locally or overseas ???
2) Which university to go to ???
Yes. Thats the
2 big questions that I need to answer by Jan 4th 2010.
If im about to continue my studies in Malaysia. There's no where else I would go besides...
1) Taylors University
2) Monash University
3) Sunway College
Haih...
Any words of advise, anyone??? I know, the final decision will still need to be made by me. Actually I think I know what I want already. Anyway, I'll give it a thorough thought.
